Serious injury collision - Paignton

Appeal for witnesses
Police investigating a road traffic collision on Marldon Road, Paignton, are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a red Renault Maxity and a silver Mazda Demio, at around 3.05pm, on Tuesday 5 April.
Both drivers were taken to Derriford Hospital, in Plymouth, by air ambulance with serious injuries and a passenger from one vehicle was taken to Torbay District Hospital, also with serious injuries.
Response officers and officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended the scene, along with Forensic Collision Investigators.
The road was closed while a full investigation of the scene took place and officers are working to establish the cause of the collision.
Police would like to thank the public for their patience while the scene was investigated, with the road reopening at around 10.55pm.
