Keyham Community Policing Team - Update

Dear Resident,

The Keyham Community Policing Team (KCPT) hope you are having a peaceful summer.

We have been busy in August attending over 40 Community engagement events including the 'PANTS' event with the NSPCC and PL Kicks at Keyham Barton School, PL KICKS at North Down Crescent park, Fit & Fed at Keyham Green Places, 'Sea in the Park' at Wolseley Trust and of course lots and lots of foot patrol in the public spaces and green spaces in Keyham and Ford where we have enjoyed meeting lots of residents and speaking to young people about their feelings of the local area.

We of course also supported those who attended the Civic Ceremony and Vigils on the 12th August and remain available to support anyone who continues to require help and support  - please get in touch with us or visit the Plymouth Together website

We are pleased that Total Recorded Crime for 2021/2022 remains down on the previous year and thank you as residents for your continued support in tackling ASB and Crime in the area. Please, if you have any concerns or information, please keep reporting so we can understand the problem and respond to it.

We would like to keep our DC ALERT registrations increasing - if you have any neighbours or friends or family that would benefit from registering please forward this email and encourage them to sign up at

www.alerts.dc.police.uk

In September we look forward to getting back into the schools and hearing about all the summer adventures of the young people in the area and will continue to be out on highly visible foot patrol around the shops and parks and hope to meet as many of you as possible

Thank you again and best wishes

Keyham Community Policing Team
