We are appealing for the public’s assistance locating Matthew Tamplin, from Plymouth, who is wanted in connection to an assault.

Tamplin, 33, is described as being around 6ft tall, with short dark hair, stubble, brown eyes and a large tattoo on his neck.

It is believed Tamplin is sleeping rough or in tents and has possibly been in the Central Park and Mount Wise areas. He is believed to use public transport, buses and taxis.

Extensive enquiries have been made to locate him and officers are now asking for the public to get in touch if they see him.
