The Seaton Neighbourhood Team were assisted by the Sidmouth Team with searching for a vehicle that was reported for driving dangerously around rural areas.

The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the occupants searched under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. Officers located an amount of Class B Drugs and a Stanley Knife which is classed as an offensive weapon.

Anti-Social and Dangerous Driving will not be tolerated within our communities and offenders will be dealt with robustly. We continue to encourage the public to report such incidents to us via 999 if ongoing or 101 if not an emergency.
