CARLYON BAY BEACH UPDATE | The Neighbourhood Team have issued banning letters on behalf of the landowner to 3 young people living in the St Austell area. These young people were identified by security staff as causing damage to property on the site and behaving in an anti social manner. Any breach of this banning letter may result in the landowner pursuing action through the civil courts for trespass. It is unfortunate that these young people have been banned from the site however these are the consequences to a minority of peoples' actions which has affected the enjoyment and safety of other people using the beach.
