The police wish to bring to your attention certain suspicious activities reported in the vicinity of Davidstow Airfield.

It has come to our notice that a group of individuals has been observed visiting the airfield with metal detectors, potentially in search of protected military artefacts. Please be reminded that Davidstow Airfield is designated as a site of special scientific interest, and any disturbance of the ground, including digging, is strictly prohibited.

We encourage anyone who may have information or who witnesses any suspicious behaviour in this area to report it to the police. You can do so by visiting the Devon & Cornwall Police website or by calling 101.
