Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a vehicle theft in Torquay.

A white Ford Transit Tipper van with sign writing was stolen from Belmont Road, Torquay sometime between Friday 2 and Tuesday 6 May.

Officers investigating the theft are asking residents in the surrounding houses of Belmont Road to check their doorbell cameras and any CCTV footage.

They are particularly keen to see footage that may show any people or vehicles in the area at around that time.
