Personal Post from PCSO Bex

On Wednesday I was privileged to be invited to the Devon and Cornwall Police award ceremony in Plymouth. I was awarded a Chiefs Superintendent Commendation for my work in schools around my initiative of the, Say No Don’t Show campaign to educate young people around the risks of sending indecent images. I was also recognised for my enthusiasm and passion for my role and delivering a high level service to the residents of Liskeard.

I have been a PCSO in Liskeard for 18 years and all I ever wanted to do was make a difference and help my community so to be recognised for this was a real honour and I hope to continue for a few more years
