Police are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage following a hit and run in Plymouth on Thursday 13 March.

It was reported a man was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road under the railway bridge between Pennycomequick Roundabout and Derrys Cross Roundabout between 9.30pm and 10pm.

The driver then left the scene.

The victim was taken to hospital where he was treated for a broken hand.

It is believed the driver may have been in a Nissan Qashqai, dark blue or purple in colour.
