We recently seized £7,500 worth of suspected illegal tobacco, cigarettes and vapes. Working together with Trading Standards, we were able to haul in a total of illicit tobacco products, including a total of 529 packs of cigarettes and 414 pouches of tobacco. We also seized 30 non-UK compliant vapes. This seizure was a really positive outcome for the community because: Illegal goods aren’t regulated They don’t go through the usual safety procedures required by law in the UK (which are in place to keep you safe) It also means we don’t know what’s in them Click here to read the full story.
