This week Bodmin Neighbourhood have secured some fantastic results at court to safeguard the community.
Yesterday Daniel BLAKE a well-known individual to Bodmin was arrested and given a 19-week Custodial Sentence.
However more importantly BLAKE received a Criminal Behaviour Order for 3 years with the following conditions.
1. Refuse to leave any commercial/private premises when requested to leave by the premises owner, staff member or police officer.
2. Enter or loiter outside any store that you have been formally banned from that are members of the Bodmin Shopwatch Scheme.
3. Enter the area’s highlighted in red, on the attached map at any time.
If he breaches any of these conditions, he commits an offence and is arrestable.
We strongly feel this will greatly improve Bodmin Town centre.
