Last night there was a vehicle theft and an attempted vehicle theft in Honiton involving high value vehicles.

Vehicle thefts are unfortunately becoming more common in Devon. 
To prevent this, please ensure that you: 
-    Remove all valuables. 
-    Always lock your car when unattended. 
-    Keep all doors and accessible windows in your home locked. 
-    Remove all keys from doors and keep them out of reach.  
-    If you have a keyless car, keep your keys in a Faraday box (a signal blocking box).  
-    Store car ownership documents in your house, instead of in the car.
