Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious road traffic collision in Bude on Thursday 5 December.

Emergency services were called at around 12.10pm to Belle Vue where it was reported that a collision had occurred involving a blue Honda Civic and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 80s, was taken to Derriford Hospital where she is being treated for serious injuries. Her family are with her.

The driver, a woman in her 80s, was uninjured.

Officers from the Roads Policing team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed for an investigation to be carried out.
