On Tuesday 5th November 24, a suspicious male was cold calling at residential addresses in TOR CRESCENT, HARTLEY, PLYMOUTH.

 The male was white, approximately 25 to 35 years old, with dark hair, a dark cropped beard and was wearing a light grey bobble hat, a dark quilted gilet above a white long sleeve sweatshirt, dark jeans and brown shoes. 

The male claimed to be carrying out building work in TOR ROAD and apologised for the noise these works were generating, despite TOR ROAD being a fair distance from the location. The male was asking to speak to "THE HOMEOWNER" in a local accent and falsely claimed to be conducting follow-up visits.

 The male was showing an interest in replacing UPVC windows, asking when the original units were fitted.
