Drink-driving is one of the ‘fatal five’ causes of death and serious injuries on Devon & Cornwall's roads and leads to hundreds of arrests each year.

This December, we are working with pubs, clubs and restaurants to reduce drink and drug driving through our Lift Legend scheme, organised in partnership with Vision Zero South West.

What is Lift Legend?

Participating venues agree to offer designated drivers - or Lift Legends - a free post-mix soft drink for every drink they buy as a thank you to those who make sure their friends, colleagues and family members get home safely.

How many pubs are taking part?

So far more than 160 venues across the region have signed up to take part in Lift Legend. You can view our interactive map here.

What do we get out of it?

Participating venues will receive free POS goodies including branded beer mats, bar runners, posters, stickers and drink vouchers.

They will also be publicised on the Lift Legend webpage and with paid advertising and posts on Vision Zero South West's social media channels.

How do we sign up?

It's easy - simply follow this link and complete the online form to register. Your POS goodies will be sent out in the post in November.
