Police have identified one of the people they wanted to speak to in connection with an incident on Mount Gould Road, Plymouth on Monday 4 September.

It follows a photo appeal issued by the force on 7 September.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the second individual.

A 17-year-old male from Exeter has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He has been released on bail, pending further enquiries, to return on Saturday 2 December.
