Local response officers have been conducting regular foot patrols around the town centre to reassure members of the public following several recent incidents. These high visibility patrols have been well received so far by those that have spoken to us.

Whilst conducting foot patrol  officers from B section were able to quickly respond to an incident which had just taken place in the area, providing immediate reassurance and support to the people involved. These patrols will be
