Police have released images of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a report of a concern of welfare.

Information was received on Wednesday 16 August following the concern of welfare of a male at a pub on Union Street in Plymouth.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who recognises the man pictured as he may have information which could assist in their enquiries.
